How to Register at Stivers once your child has been accepted

Residents moving into the district and parents of students new to Dayton Public Schools must register their children at the:

Student Assignment Office

Dayton Public Schools

115 South Ludlow St.

(between Fourth and Fifth Streets downtown Dayton)

Dayton, OH 45402-1812

Free visitors parking is available in the lot behind the building off of Fifth Street.

Office hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.

To register, parents or guardians must provide proof of withdrawal from previous schools, birth certificates, social security numbers, proof of residency (document must not be older than 60 days), immunization and academic records, and verification of custody (if applicable).

Parents of students in the Dayton Public School District who have moved after receiving school assignments must immediately come to the Student Assignment Office or their student's assigned school with verification of their new address.
