Stivers in top 7% nationally!
Stivers in top 8% of Ohio schools, top 7% in nation, says U.S. News and World Report.
Every couple of years U.S. News & World Report publishes rankings of high schools throughout the US. This year’s rankings were published on Tuesday, May 8th, 2012.
Stivers School for the Arts is ranked 71st in Ohio out of 873 schools, and 1,401 out of 22,000 schools nationally.
In this area only Oakwood (#13), Bellbrook (#48), and Centerville (#56) ranked above Stivers.
Only the first 112 Ohio schools are given numerical rankings. Other area schools with rankings are Brookville (#77), Tipp City (#92), and Beavercreek (#103). The School for Creative and Performing Arts in Cincinnati was ranked #108.
In addition, Stivers received a silver designation from the U.S. News and World Report. (Schools received gold, silver, bronze or none.) Stivers received a Bronze award in 2009, a Silver award in 2010, and a Silver award in 2012.
