Alfie McCloud began his career as a Stivers visual arts student with a special talent for ceramics.? His work attracted the attention of Winthrop University, where he finetuned his skills and gained experience with gallery exhibitions.?

After his exhibition at the Gallery at Gettys, McCloud begain volunteering around the gallery.? His efforts landed him a fulltime position as co-director at the Gallery at Gettys after his graduation from Winthrop.? In his position he is responsible for reviewing portfolios and scheduling ten shows per year.

McCloud's fine work at the Gallery at Getty's has caught the attention of other galleries, and now McCloud also manages the Dalton Gallery at the Arts Center of Rock Hill staff.
