Sophmore High School Student Selected to Participate in National Collegiate Wind Ensemble at Carnegie Hall

Matthew Quinn, a sophmore from Stivers School for the Arts Jazz Orchestra, Philharmonic Orchestra and Wind Orchestra, principal clarinet of the Dayton Youth Orchestra and clarinet, saxophone, and flute player of the Muse Machine Orchestra, makes his Carnegie Hall debut Sunday, May 30th, 2010 at 8:00pm, in Stern Auditorium/Perelman stage.

Congratulations to Tyrone Martin!!

Congratulations to Tyrone Martin for being chosen to join the Vail Jazz Foundation Workshop. They are going to have a wonderful time learning, exploring and playing jazz. Tyrone will recieve private instruction throughout the Workshop from professional staff. Assisting John Clayton, who is the Director of Education for the workshop, will be Jeff Clayton, saxes and woodwinds; Terell Stafford, trumpet; Bill Cunliffe, piano; and Lewis Nash, drums.
