Congressional Art Competition Winners
Congratulations! The following students recieved an award from the Congressional Art Competition,
Abdelkrim Berri, with the piece, "Narcissus," received one of six honorable mentions.
Jesse Hites, with the piece, "Rape of the Innocence," received one of six honorable mentions.
John Berry, with the piece "Between Here and There" received 2nd Place in the 2008 Congressional Art Competition hosted by Congressman Michael R. Turner.

Stivers Students shone once again at the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. It took an exceptional level of dedication this year to overcome the time obstacles presented by the move, and all the students who participated should be congratulated on a job well done.
